Karsan Ghavri has strongly criticised the renaming of the Pataudi Trophy to the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy, deeming it disrespectful to Tiger Pataudi’s legacy. He believes both Sachin Tendulkar and the BCCI should have firmly opposed the change. Under the new name, the series ended 2-2 between India and England.
